Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: Please note, we do not refund classes that have already been registered or paid for. Liability Waiver & Release: I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with participating in dance classes at DFD Academy and external performances outside the classroom, and I agree to release DFD Academy and its associates from any personal injury.  I understand that by signing this waiver and release, I expressly and willingly agree to assume complete responsibility for any risk of injury that may arise from my participation in DFD Academy. I acknowledge that this Liability Waiver and Release is applicable to classes as well as any events or performances held outside of the class.   I understand that by signing this waiver and release, I agree to follow all the DFD Academy Safety and Health Guidelines and Procedures outlined in the DFD Academy Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 document.  Media Consent: I hereby agree and give my permission to DFD Academy and its associates to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape my name, image, videos and performances (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish, or distribute these Works on social media, print media, internet websites, and/or broadcasting on television or radio as determined by DFD Academy and its associates in perpetuity and in all media existing presently or in the future. I hereby waive any rights to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in publications outside DFD Academy’s control and agree that I will indemnify DFD Academy and/or its associates from any harm that may rise from such reproduction.
